About Us Information
Marcia (Sills) Hampton, Todd Sills, Dennis Sills, Wayne Sills and Larry Sills
Sills Brothers Properties is a family of 4 brothers and a sister who remember....mostly…what it was like to be young. We love renting to college students. We loved college life when we were in college and our kids, nieces, and nephews are enjoying it today. That is why our properties we rent are places we would have wanted to rent ourselves (or would want our kids to rent).
We are a family of carpenters and have remodeled every one of our properties ourselves. Our hearts and souls are in each one of them and we, The Sills Brothers, take a great deal of pride in them.
Finally, we welcome parents to come visit our properties before they are leased. We want them to feel good about where their kids are living and they can contact us personally with questions or concerns.
Dennis info
Dennis is the managing partner of Sills Brothers. He shows the rental property to the tenants, signs leases, and deals with the day to day property management problems. Dennis graduated from Eastern Kentucky University and served as the recreation minister of a large Baptist church in Louisville for 14 years before forming Sills Brothers Properties. This is why Dennis works so well with students.
Dennis is also the project foreman and primary designer of the layout of each new property. He manages the sub contractors and often pitches in to work directly himself, especially with the carpentry.
If you Love Where You Live, it is mostly because of Dennis.

Larry’s info
Larry is the oldest brother. He graduated from Eastern Kentucky University with a degree in Industrial Technology. Larry worked as a building contractor in Lexington for over 20 years and he currently works for Pruitt Property Inspections Company (the most recognized home inspection group in Central Ky.) as a home inspector.
Larry is our most experienced carpenter, and we always bring him in for the tricky designs, carpentry work, and safety related issues.

Marcia’s info
Marcia is the only girl of the family. She has two older brothers (Larry and Dennis) and two younger brothers (Wayne and Todd) She always wanted a sister but finally gave up asking. However, Marcia is blessed with two beautiful daughters of her own.
Marcia graduated from Midway College with a Bachelors of Arts in Organizational Management. She has been a bookkeeper for Fayette County Public Schools for 20+ years.

Wayne’s info
Wayne is a retired fireman of the Lexington Fire Department after 21 years of service. He works part time for Sills Brothers as a highly skilled carpenter.
Wayne is our fire safety expert and our best producer (He has five kids).

Todd’s info
Todd graduated from Ohio State with an MBA and has worked at IBM/Lexmark in IT for over twelve years. Todd works closely with the bankers and the accountants to make sure that Sills Brothers can continue to develop new properties every year.
Todd is "little brother". Basically the older brothers bring Todd along because MOM makes them.
